• 2 tsp per cup or 10 g/l 

• Temperature 100°C  

• Brewing time: 5-10 min 

Real Sage can be recognised by its silver leaf and is considered evergreen among gardeners. 

The plant belongs to the labiates and originates from the Mediterranean region. 

When infusing, pay attention to the infusion time. Properly prepared, sage is pleasantly mild with a fine, slightly woody, spicy note.
