Hibiscus has a strong fruity, tart taste, the reason for this as it contains citric, malic, tartaric, and hibiscus acids (al-lo-oxycitron acid lactone). We have created a mixture of different origins for you to ensure a balanced cup colour, acidity, and appearance. Whether in its pure form or as an ingredient in blends, the use of hibiscus virtually knows no bounds.
